	Alcantara, largest vineyard in Northern Arizona, was started by Bob and Barbara Predmore in 2005; a little piece of Eden at the confluence of Verde River and Oak Creek. Experience the Tuscan-inspired tasting room for Estate and handcrafted award winning wines surrounded by Verde River, Indian ruins, wildlife and grapevines.
	Eric Glomski & Maynard Keenan purchased the historic Dos Cabezas Vineyards in early 2007 and renamed the Willcox vines Arizona Stronghold Vineyards. They believe the soils and climate at the vineyard stand up to the finest in the world, feeling strongly that their wines express, first and foremost, Arizona, and secondarily the grapes and hands of the vignerons involved. They believe that great wine doesn’t have to be expensive; it doesn’t have to be pretentious; and it doesn’t have to be hard to find. Their tasting room recently opened in Old Town Cottonwood in Northern Arizona.
	Wine is a wonderful gift that can be shared with family, friends and acquaintances. The cohesive intrinsic value of wine invites us to slow down and taste the history in each glass. Each wine has a personal story to tell through texture, aroma, flavor, structure, balance and complexion. Taste and enjoy the wonderful blends our grower/winemaker has crafted for your enjoyment. 	Carlson Creek Vineyard is dedicated to the production of fine wine from Arizona. We are family owned and operated. Although we are a young company, we are filled with a passion for the grape vine. Our vineyard’s elevation provides a perfect climate for growing wine grapes. Come and visit us in our new Willcox tasting room.
	The estate vineyards of Javelina Leap are located on the slopes of an ancient volcano. These soils lend intense characters of minerals, earth & fruit to the wines produced here. The owners and winemakers Rod & Cynthia Snapp ask that you share these handcrafted wines with your friends and loved ones. 	Complex, full bodied reds that hint of spice, pepper, wood, and fruit as well as subtle, crisp, floral whites await the visitor to the Jerome Winery. Each of our hand crafted wines offers a unique taste to each person; such is the magic of the grape. 	Juniper Well Ranch & Vineyards is located at the base of Granite Mountain in Skull Valley just minutes from Prescott. Their delicious handmade wines will delight you as you enjoy a glass on their Fiesta Patio or a bottle in a charming and private log cabin in front of a cozy fire. Their high altitude vineyards boast Tempranillo, Petite Sirah, Cabernet Sauvignon & Sauvignon Blanc.
	At Page Springs Cellars and Arizona Stronghold Vineyards our goal is to create delicious wines that express the unique character of our landscape. We trust that our wines and our winemaking convey our philosophies concerning family, education and living life to it's fullest. 	Our wines are from 100% Arizona grown grapes sourced from our Cochise County and nearby SE Arizona vineyards. At 4300 feet above sea level the soil and temperatures are similar to the Rhone Valley, the high altitude moderates the AZ desert temperatures, giving us warm days and super-cool nights, and adds extra UV which has significant effect on color, flavor and healthful polyphenols. 	Cellar Dwellers Wine Company was started by two childhood friends, Chris Babin and John Scarbrough. With enthusiastic fervor, a love of winemaking and Arizona, Chris and John have set out to create great Arizona wines that are hip, fun and accessible to all wine lovers. The first label being launched is Tarantula Hawk, a 2008 Zinfandel. Inspiration for the wine label comes from the Arizona landscape and is created by a local artist Todd “soup” Maytaus. The company is dedicated to community, perfecting their wines and contributing to the growing Arizona wine industry. The 2008 Tarantula Hawk will be available soon in tasting rooms and restaurants in Northern Arizona. Look for it.
